If the buyer is NOT a registered user, they must send us an email to clientes@cool-stripe.com , requesting the return or change of size and indicating their order number.

Once the buyer has requested a change or return, they will receive an email with the Return Label.

Finally, the buyer must insert the item inside the box they received it and stick the Return Label on a visible side of the box.

You must take the box to your nearest Post Office and send it to CS.

CS will bear the cost of returns or changes.

In the case of requesting a return, the amount will be transferred through the same payment system that the purchase was made.

In all cases, CS promises to pay you the amount of the purchase or change the size within a maximum period of 72 working hours since receiving the returned package in our warehouse.

Furthermore, the change, return or withdrawal will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The product is in perfect condition, not having been used or washed in any way
  (the customer can try on the design without using it any other way than the mere act of trying it on).
• The product is in its original packaging and in good condition.
• The product must have its original labels intact without any form of manipulation.
• The product is complete, for example, returning all the elements that make up the design of being several pieces, having embeddable objects, etc.
