Yes, in CS you can purchases our items without signing up. If you choose to place an order without creating an account, you must add the items to the bag and fill in the order form to check out as a guest customer.

Remember that to track your order you must be a registered customer.

The buyer has 14 calendar days since receiving the item to request its exchange or return, or to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To proceed with the change of size or the return of the purchased product, the buyer must insert the product in the same box they received it in and go into «My Account», select the order they want to return (total or partial) and follow the return instructions.

Afterwards, you must take the box to any post office and send it to CS.

Furthermore, the change, return or withdrawal will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The product is in perfect condition, not having been used or washed in any way (the customer can try on the design without using it any other way than the mere act of trying it on).
• The product is in its original packaging and in good condition.
• The product is complete, for example, returning all the elements that make up the design of being several pieces, having embeddable objects, etc.

At CS we believe in 100% free returns for our customers, no matter how much your order cost.

In the case of requesting a return, it will be carried out through the same payment system that the purchase was made.

In all cases, CS agrees to pay you the amount of the purchase or change of size within a maximum period of 72 working hours from the receipt of the returned package in our warehouse.
